OUR WEDDING PACKAGES
Sweet & Simple Package
Our most flexible wedding package provides a venue with a built-in high standard of quality and thoughtfulness. Perfect for our couples who are on a tight budget but want a beautiful space to tie the knot, ‘Sweet & Simple’ allows you to decide what’s most important to you on your special day. Or for the couple who has every luxurious detail already planned out down to the finish of the flatware, ‘Sweet & Simple’ allows for complete customization of one of your most significant celebrations.
In this package, you can enjoy the venue for up to six hours for your wedding, to include
welcome drinks, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception – or whatever variation you want of that! We provide an additional six hours to prep the venue the day-of, and we open the two separate get-ready suites for the couple at 10 AM so you have time for hair, makeup, getting dressed, and taking “get-ready” photos.
As for staff, you get the Venue Manager, valet service for onsite parking, and a bathroom attendant for our luxury A/C bathrooms. Additional staff are hired for larger parties or custom requests.
To help brides and grooms with some of the details, ‘Sweet & Simple’ includes white Chiavari ceremony chairs, enough lighting throughout the venue that additional lights aren’t necessary, two wireless speakers and a microphone, and more conveniences to help your wedding day timeline flow seamlessly. Perhaps most important to pet parents, Weber Manor is friendly toward fur babies (ask us about this feature).

Essential Add-ons to the “Sweet & Simple Package”
If you choose the ‘Sweet & Simple’ package, Weber Manor offers a range of essential add-ons to make your wedding planning less stressful.
Included in what we consider an essential add-on is our rentals package. While we have amazing vendors who provide large varieties of rentals, like tables, chairs, specialty items, and lounge sets, we have some rentals in-house, including farm tables, high-top cocktail tables, and décor.
We also provide month-of wedding coordination services, which is arguably the money best spent on a wedding since the coordinator will run the show, allowing you to breathe easy on your big day knowing a professional is handling the details.
Finally, since it’s Miami and rain can cause headache, we can arrange a large, white-top tent, bringing coziness to your reception and eliminating worry about rain. The tent can easily be upgraded to a clear tent, or add in special décor to give it a luxurious feel.

Yes, there will be moments of stress, overwhelm, and even disappointment along the way of planning a large-scale event, but here are some tips for enjoying the season of planning when stress takes hold 🙌:
1) Practice gratitude by journaling or meditating. First and foremost, a wedding is the celebration of your marriage. Focus on the life you’re building with the one you love, and the other details won’t seem to be quite as overwhelmingly important anymore. 🩷
2) Keep track of your finances. Finances can be the number one stress in planning a wedding AND in a relationship. Comparing vendor quotes, asking for ALL the fees upfront so there are no bad surprises, and keeping track of those expenses will set you up for success. ✅
3) Trust your vendors. If you’re confident in the team you’ve assembled, then let them do their thing without stressing every minute detail. If you feel a vendor is falling short of expectations, don’t be afraid to have an open conversation with them. 💭
4) Build self-care into your schedule. Just because you’re planning a wedding (and running your normal life), doesn’t mean you should sacrifice the healthy things that make you happy, like exercising, cooking, getting massages, or whatever else makes you feel whole. 💆♀️

I’ll be the first to admit that I didn’t think flowers were super necessary for a wedding, especially when on a tight budget. 💸
When Mike and I were planning our wedding, we went back and forth on whether or not we wanted to use natural flowers (as most of our money was going toward building the venue - not planning our own wedding 🤣).
We ultimately decided to hire florists (shout-out to the talented @trendsfloraldecor) and use natural flowers for the majority of our wedding. 🌺
And we couldn’t be happier with that choice.
Not only did it save us so much time (and sanity), but @trendsfloraldecor along with the design eye of @micromiami went beyond our (high) expectations and created a backdrop more magical than we could have dreamed of.
When we walked into our reception space for the first time, my jaw hit the floor.
The floral centerpieces. The candles. The bistro lights. The table settings. The ceiling decor. The transformation. The creativity of our vendors. ✨
Our wedding was warmth, whimsy, and intimacy - everything we wanted and more to celebrate our love with our friends and family. ❤️
So if you’re debating it and the budget allows, hire the florist (natural or artificial) and get the flowers. 😘
Along with our parents and friends who made it possible was our wedding team who brought it all to life. 🤍
